These sessions are longer & more interactive educational investments that usually are around 2-4 hours in total, allowing for me to get to know your body & teach you different ways to work with her that are appropriate for you constitutionally, physically, & emotionally.

Lymphatic Breast Care

The breast tissue is some of the most neglected tissue on the body, and yet some of the most important tissue to maintain and to normalize. This treatment will not only be beneficial for the woman receiving, but will also be an education opportunity for her to learn how to massage her own breast tissue and check for fibrous tissue and cystic/abnormal activity.

We will be working with the breast tissue to enhance the flow of the lymph vessels to the surrounding lymph nodes, breaking up fibrous tissue, and supporting the overall breast heath.

Optional Gua Sha may be incorporated in this treatment for additional opening of the upper channels.

Full Body Lymphatics

During this session, I will teach you lymphatic basics & how to work with your lymphatic system on a daily basis to keep things moving. This is a comprehensive session that will provide you with a full body lymphatic self assessment to see where there could be some congestion. This allows you to then monitor how the sensitivity changes with the implementation of the full body routine that you will be taught during our time together;

Flourish

Womb Care & Cycle Tracking

Using The FAM method, we will discuss how to track your cycle and proper ways to care for your womb space based on where you are in your cycle. We will discuss & explore anatomy & I will teach you how to find your womb & ovaries in your body. I will then provide an assessment of where your womb is located within your pelvic bowl & offer her a gentle centering technique if necessary.

We will explore different tools to care for your womb such as steaming, self massage, cyclical eating & energy expenditure, & so much more.

This session will give you tools to work with your fertility naturally & empower you to honor your cycle deeply & wholistically.
