This workshop is designed to educate women about breast health, the lymphatic system, & the sacred connection of our breasts as the portal to our hearts.

During this workshop, we will enter into a ceremonial container where we will be learning about breast anatomy, lymphatic health, & how to massage our own breast tissue as a form of necessary maintenance.

All women will be encouraged to undress from the waist up for a portion of the workshop in order to accurately feel their tissue & identify dense areas located within the global breast & surrounding breast tissue. You are sovereign to choose what’s right for you in this space.

There will be opportunity for each woman to share about her own relationship with her breasts, as well as opportunity for the practitioners to support and guide each woman as she learns about & maps her own tissue.
